  • This specialist service is only deployed when mould is found by our technicians inside the unit. We only need to upgrade to this service if there’s clear evidence of a deeper mould problem lurking under the hood.

    So we take all the features of the deep clean plus product and perform a more thorough inspection of the unit to ensure all mould is extracted from the heat pump. While as ever applying our PermaSafe Mould Protection Application which will assist in preventing the mould returning to the heat pump prematurely.

    I was out, and forgot about him coming despite my diary reminding me this morning. My neighbour found him, let him in and he professionally checked with her on a couple of things. He did the job, left everything perfect, managed my wonky slatted  cover on the outside part. He was just finishing as I arrived home so we had a big chat.
