Ros, Director

Meet Ros,

A true Cantabrian Ros was born and raised in Christchurch. After Studying Psychology and Sociology at Canterbury University Ros wound a path to Public Health as a Pharmacy technician. A keen advocate for community oriented roles and service Ros also spent a number of years supporting St Johns operations as an ambulance dispatch worker.

  • Witnessing Max’s development in the refrigeration industry and after a few beer filled chats they saw a real opportunity to offer a high level service at affordable rates. Essentially better cleans for less cost. So they began investigating ways to enter the industry and settled on a ‘Business in a box model’. 3 years later they have given franchising a good nudge and gained heaps of experience in the process but ultimately it has culminated into a new and independent Heat Pump cleaning service, AirCare.

    Now in 2024 Ros has continued to put her money where her mouth is and mobilised this independent venture with Max. Excited for new autonomy, flexibility and the innovation opportunities as a local independent, Ros is focused on developing a company that provides

    Her personal goal for the company is to create financial independence and support Max’s development along the way.

    Ros’s Hobbies and interests include western riding, off road motor biking, beer, car mechanics. her pride and joy is her 1969 Vauxhall Viva.

Meet Maxwell Eddison,

Lead Technician, and Co-Owner of AirCare Heat Pump Cleaning. With over 5 years of industry experience, Max began his journey as a helping hand for technicians in large refrigeration firms, swiftly progressing into installing and maintaining heat pumps across Christchurch. His extensive background includes roles in the hospitality industry, ranging from pizza shops to becoming a Duty Manager at various bars in town

  • Before venturing into heat pump cleaning, Max observed a gap in the market. While many companies focused on large businesses and routine cleanings for commercial properties, there was insufficient attention given to domestic and rental properties. Recognizing his knowledge and skills could outshine the competition, Max founded AirCare to provide unparalleled service.

    Known for his exceptional customer service and dedication to going the extra mile, Max takes pride in his work and has developed a keen eye for detail. His perfectionist streak ensures that every job is completed to the highest standards.
